Blackberry launched their Playbook tablet into the market in April and they needed an initiative to grow their local marketplace offering. To enter the competition is simple: Create a wireframe for an application that will run on the BlackBerry Playbook. If your wireframe is chosen as the best one, you get a paid for trip to Blackberry Devcon in San Francisco.
The site comprised of a user registration area where participants could upload their created wireframes as well as manage them. We also built a custom reporting tool for client to use when judging time came round.
We also designed the email campaign to remind participants of the closing date of the competition so they can get their entries submitted in time.
